Housing & Communication Workgroups are up and running!

The community has spoken! The two priority areas that will be address in our next Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) are: Housing and Communications.

The MAPP Housing and Communication Workgroups began convening in January 2024. These groups are open to all community members and convene on a schedule determined by the participants. To learn more about or get involved with either of these workgroups email mappofskp@gmail.com
