BREAKOUT SESSIONS

1. Is there a way to reframe these strategic issues in a positive or strengths-based way? One that emphasizes our aspirations?

  • We have a shortage of affordable housing.
  • We have a lot of existing resources that people are unaware of.

2. Identify strategies (which will become workgroups) for:

  • Housing Solutions
  • Communication Plan (alignment of and information on existing mental health, physical health, food insecurity, childcare, & substance misuse resources)

3. For each of the above, consider the following questions:

  • i. What past action has worked?
  • ii. What past action has not worked?
  • iii. What new realizations/resources/technology may support a strategy?
  • iv. What are the strengths of the community around the strategic issue?
  • v. What are the opportunities of the community?
  • vi. What threats will need to be addressed?
