MAPP Communication Workgroup

The MAPP Communication Workgroup is a component of the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) that was born out of the most recently completed CHNA in 2023. The community helped to narrow down six potential priority areas to two: Housing and Communication.

The MAPP Communication Workgroup began convening in January 2024. This group is open to all community members and convenes on a schedule determined by the participants. To learn more about or get involved with either of these groups email mappofskp@gmail.com.
